The IR Chrome Lite Filter is a specialized infrared filter that emulates the look of Aerochrome film, providing vibrant, color-rich infrared images with a deeper red effect, ideal for artistic and creative photography. It is a cost-effective version of our original IR Chrome Filter.

This filter is perfect for landscape photography, artistic projects, and experimental photography, offering unique color renditions and striking Aero-chrome visual effects.

The filter can only be used with full-spectrum cameras. It is not compatible with film or stock digital cameras.

The IR Chrome Lite Filter does not cause significant loss of light, allowing you to use normal exposure settings.

The IR Chrome Lite provides a deeper red effect compared to the original IR Chrome. It also experiences a color shift when used with lenses wider than 30mm, which does not occur with the original IR Chrome filter. This color shift is only present when using the IR Chrome Lite as a lens filter and does not occur when using the IR Chrome with a rear clip-in or drop-in filter.

"If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Kolari accepts returns on most products within 60 days of purchase. We can either provide exchanges in the form of store credit, which can be used sitewide, or we can issue full refunds via the method you originally used for payment. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, mint condition, including all original, undamaged packaging materials and accessories. Items that are damaged, dirty, dented, scratched, or missing major components may be denied for return. Kolari is not responsible for personal data or items left inside of returned merchandise. Once a claim has been filed, we will work with you to solve the problem. Items purchased with free shipping will still receive a full refund on the value of the item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to send the product back to Kolari. Restocking Fee If any condition of the return policy listed above is not met, Kolari reserves the right to reject the return entirely or impose a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the item, not including shipping.
